WoWW MS modular Pro

WoWW MS modular Pro

Available in 1m, 3.5m, 5m and 8m this bad boy has a laundry list of items and uses that make it unique in its design. For Remote monitoring, SCADA or Radio and Radio Repeater equipment.

In its entirety our MS modular Pro is exactly that. modular. Meaning every piece can be mounted into a trailer and transported to almost anywhere in rural Australia for build without the use of heavy vehicle equipment. As riggers, we also know what it means for ease of installation and so have added certified lifting points. This means, the cabinet and the equipment in it can be built off site, transported to site in a trailer and lifted into place. This keeps the cabinet off the ground and less susceptible to theft, vandalism and vermin.

Our footing design also allows for ease of installation utilising a concrete free foundation solution.

Here at WoWW we can supply, build and maintain all of your remote monitoring systems. The MS Modular Pro will be made available on our website in the coming months but for more details feel free to contact us.

What can this design be used for?

The MS Modular Pro is a versatile, transportable platform designed to support a wide range of industrial, remote, and critical infrastructure applications.
It provides a stable, engineered base for integrating power, communications, monitoring, and control systems — all in one self-contained solution.

Common uses include:

Remote communications installations — cellular, telemetry, or SCADA backhaul sites

Off-grid or hybrid power systems (solar, battery, generator, or grid-assist setups)

Monitoring stations — environmental, weather, or water asset monitoring

Temporary or mobile control sites for construction, rail, mining, and utilities

Emergency and disaster recovery power or comms deployments

Defence or field research operations where rapid deployment and resilience are essential

The MS Modular Pro bridges the gap between fixed-site reliability and mobile flexibility — built to withstand harsh Australian conditions while staying plug-and-play for redeployment.

How long does it take to be built at site?

The MS Modular Pro is engineered for rapid deployment.
Unlike conventional site builds that can take weeks, the Modular Pro typically requires only a couple of days on site — depending on configuration and access conditions.

Because each system is pre-wired, pre-tested, and factory-assembled before delivery, most of the heavy lifting happens off-site.
Once on location, the setup usually involves:

Installation of the footings.

Erection of the steelwork.

Lifting the pre-wired cabinet and equipment into place using the engineered lifting points.

Connecting solar arrays, communications, and battery components

Commissioning and testing the integrated systems

In standard configurations, a fully operational unit can be live within 24–48 hours of delivery — making it ideal for urgent, remote, or temporary operations where downtime isn’t an option.

Can it be customised?

Absolutely — customisation is at the core of the MS Modular Pro design.
Each system is built around a modular framework that allows WoWW Industries to tailor the configuration to suit your exact operational needs.

Whether your focus is power, communications, or data integration, we can adapt the design to meet your site-specific requirements.

Typical customisations include:

Power systems: choose from solar-only, hybrid, or generator-assisted options

Cabinets & enclosures: single or multiple bays for control gear, batteries, or comms equipment

Mast options: fixed, telescopic, or tilt-up designs for antennas, lighting, or sensors

Communications integration: radio, 4G/5G, Starlink, telemetry, or SCADA-ready

Environmental resilience: cyclone-rated, corrosion-protected, and heat-resistant upgrades

Mounting options: skid, trailer, or fixed pad-mount configurations

In short — the MS Modular Pro isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” product. It’s a platform, built to evolve with your project, environment, and technology roadmap.

What power options are available?

The MS Modular Pro supports a wide range of scalable power configurations, giving you complete flexibility depending on your site’s energy demands and level of grid access.

Each system is designed around a modular power core, allowing multiple sources to be combined for reliability and efficiency:

⚡ Available power options include:

Solar-only systems — high-efficiency PV arrays with MPPT controllers for fully off-grid operation

Hybrid solar + battery systems — the most common setup, balancing autonomy and resilience

Solar + generator backup — ideal for remote or high-load sites requiring guaranteed uptime

Grid-tied or grid-assist systems — for semi-remote or industrial sites with partial utility supply

DC and AC configurations — tailored for SCADA, telemetry, lighting, or heavy-load equipment

🔋 Energy Storage

Compatible with lithium, LiFePO₄, or AGM batteries

Scalable from 1 kWh to over 50 kWh depending on runtime and redundancy needs. It is important to note that the structure itself typically incorporates 1.6kW’s of solar PV. For systems larger than this, we would usually run a side-by-side ground mounted solar system and/or pad mounted generator.

Integrated Victron inverter/charger systems for smart load management.

All power systems are factory pre-tested, pre-wired, and monitored using WoWW’s integrated control solutions — ensuring consistent performance in harsh or remote conditions.

Is this a WoWW Exclusive product?

Yes — the MS Modular Pro is a proprietary WoWW Industries design, developed from years of field experience in industrial power, communications, and remote monitoring.

It’s not an imported, generic enclosure — it’s a locally engineered system, purpose-built to meet Australian conditions and compliance requirements.

Each unit is designed, assembled, and quality-tested by WoWW Industries in partnership with trusted Australian suppliers, making it an exclusive platform available only through our team.

Key features that make it uniquely WoWW:

Modular framework built to integrate power, comms, and control systems seamlessly

Australian-standard engineering for wind, UV, and cyclone resilience. Please note, we will need to know the proposed location of installation prior to purchase.

Custom-built for local utilities, rail, and government applications

Scalable architecture — from compact single-bay systems to large multi-cabinet installations

Integrated monitoring options using WoWW’s OT and telemetry expertise

This exclusivity means clients receive a system that’s not only fit-for-purpose, but also fully supported by the engineers who designed and built it.

Is this system drafted for third party installation?

Yes — the MS Modular Pro is designed with installer flexibility in mind.
While WoWW Industries offers complete turnkey delivery and commissioning, the system can also be supplied in a third-party installation format when required.

Each unit comes with:

Comprehensive drafting and mechanical skematics.

Connection points clearly defined for solar, AC/DC distribution, and external interfaces

Wiring schedules, termination diagrams, and component datasheets

Pre-wired internal assemblies to simplify installation and reduce on-site labour time

This means certified third-party electricians or integrators can install and commission the system safely and accurately, following WoWW’s supplied documentation.

To ensure consistency and compliance, WoWW can also provide:

Remote technical support or pre-commissioning checks

Site acceptance testing templates and handover documentation

So whether it’s installed by WoWW’s own team or a trusted local contractor, every MS Modular Pro maintains the same level of quality, compliance, and performance that defines the WoWW standard.
